These pics are from Element Fresh, a chain of American restuarants which serve soup, salad and sandwiches. Might seem simple to you but some salad, chips+salsa, and smoothies were pretty refreshing. A little on the expensive side at about 70 RMB per person (10 dollars) but hey at least there is no sales tax or tipping in China!
